Our calendar system is designed to streamline communication across the district by ensuring the right events reach the right audiences. Below is an overview of how calendars are structured, their intended audiences, and how you can access or subscribe to them.

Public-Facing Calendars

Private Staff Calendars

How to Access and Subscribe to Staff Calendars

  • Google Group-Based Access:
    Staff members are automatically subscribed to the appropriate private calendars when added to their respective Google Groups (e.g., "Adult Education Staff" or "High School Staff"). If you are not seeing your assigned calendars, please contact IT support.

  • Manual Subscription Links:
    If you'd like to manually add a calendar to your personal Google Calendar, use the links below:

    (Note: Links to calendars will only work if you have appropriate permissions.)
