PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE
Lawrence County Joint Vocational School District

The Lawrence County Joint Vocational School District will conduct a public auction of surplus vehicles, equipment, and furnishings. Items include vehicles, trucks, salon equipment, and shop tools.
Inspection Period
Interested parties may inspect the items in person at our main campus at the address above.
- Check in at the Board Office during regular business hours:
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Inspection ends Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 3:00 PM.
Bid Submission Instructions
- All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and handed in before the opening date/time.
- Clearly write the name(s) of the item(s) being bid on, along with your full name and phone number, on the outside of the envelope.
- Sealed bids must be submitted in person or mailed to:

Bid Opening
All sealed bids will be unsealed and awarded on Friday, August 8, 2025, at noon. Winning bidders will be contacted by phone.
Payment and Pickup
- Payment in full is due at the time of item pickup.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash or Check only.
- All items must be collected by Friday, August 15, 2025.
- Failure to collect items by this date may result in forfeiture of the item and payment.
Terms and Conditions
- All items are sold “as is” with no warranties expressed or implied.
- Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before bidding.
- The Lawrence County Joint Vocational School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids if they do not meet fair market expectations.
