CCTC Class of 2026 Completion Ceremony Details & Schedule
Dear Parent/Guardian,
As hard as it is to believe, our completion ceremony for the CCTC class of 2026 is almost here! This year's ceremony will be held at Ironton High School on Thursday, May 14, 2026, beginning at 6:00 pm. We ask that our graduating seniors arrive at 5:00 pm to get checked in and line up. Students will wear their home school gown, but will not be permitted to wear their cap.
Other upcoming events:
- Senior breakfast will be held in the CCTC cafeteria at 8:45 a.m., followed by senior awards. Unfortunately, this event isn't open to parents, but will be live-streamed for you to view online.
- Completion practice will follow at Ironton High School at 10:30 am.
- Students who do not drive or ride with friends will be transported by bus.
- Students will be free to return home after practice.
- Completion pictures will be taken at practice, so please bring your gown.
- Again, caps are not permitted.
- Certificates will not be issued on the evening of our completion ceremony. Students (guardians) will be able to pick up certificates Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-2:00 pm, from 5/18-5/29, except on 5/25 due to the Memorial Day holiday. After that time, certificates will be mailed.
We are still collecting outstanding balances and other financial obligations in the front office. Each student is provided with equipment and supplies for the school year, as well as a laptop or Chromebook, to assist in their learning here at CCTC and at home. Your student is responsible for any balance owed for any damaged or lost equipment. Although every student will be able to participate in the completion ceremony, certificates won't be released until all financial obligations are fulfilled.
We look forward to welcoming family and other special guests at our 2026 completion ceremony. We know that this is a special time for our students and want to make this experience as memorable as possible.
