Linda Harrison
Whether it's shopping on her own
time for ingredients to use in the restaurant or
juggling a schedule (lab/lab) between here and the
farm, Linda Harrison goes non stop. For many of our
students, dining in the Collins Cafe is a step up
from fast food which they have yet to experience.
Selling pizza or cookies at noon offers students an
alternative to cafeteria lunch. In addition to
selling slushies at noon or making popcorn when we
have films, Linda strives to fill a void, giving
that opportunity for "something extra" to our
students, as well as staff.
Many students benefit from the
counselor/home school principal visits we have...and
visitors are glad to come and enjoy the lunch Linda
and her students provide.
