You have an opportunity to recruit students who have chosen and excelled in a specific vocational program.  The students have met criteria, such as a 95% attendance record, a minimum of a 2.5 grade point average, and have earned their instructors’ recommendation. 

You have an opportunity to mold the career path of a young adult and, at the same time, establish employee loyalty and reduce employee turnover.  You may pay apprentices at a graduated rate, relative to their level of ability, productivity, and progression.
